VIP Customers receive 10% off every order and Free Shipping on Smart Ship orders of $100 or more. A Smart Ship order is a recurring monthly order that processes approximately every 30 days and can be modified or canceled through your VIP Customer account.

How does a VIP Customer manage their Smart Ship order?

VIP Customers can modify or cancel their Smart Ship order at any time.

To manage a Smart Ship order:

  • Log in to your account at firstfitness.com/login
  • Go to the Smart Ship section
  • Select the "Modify" or "Cancel" button

Note: Changes or cancellations must be made prior to order processing. Once a Smart Ship order has been processed, it can no longer be modified or canceled.

What happens if a VIP Customer cancels before their second shipment?

If a VIP Customer cancels their Smart Ship before their second consecutive monthly Smart Ship order processes, a fee of $10 or 8.5% shipping & handling, whichever is greater, will be charged.

Example:

Month 1—Enrolled as a VIP Customer, placed first Smart Ship order, and received 10% savings and Free Shipping.

Month 2Cancels Smart Ship before the second consecutive order processes.

Result—A $10 fee or 8.5% shipping & handling charge, whichever is greater, will apply.

Prefer to avoid the fee?

A VIP Customer simply keeps their Smart Ship active through their second consecutive monthly shipment. After that, they may cancel without an additional shipping charge.

How does a VIP Customer qualify for VIP benefits?

To receive VIP Customer benefits, orders must be paid for using the VIP Customer's payment method on file and shipped to their address.

How does the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee work?

Any VIP Customer who is not completely satisfied with our products, for any reason, can return them within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, less a $10 shipping and handling charge or 8.5%, whichever is greater, no questions asked.

Can a VIP Customer become an FFN Team Member?

Yes, a VIP Customer can become an FFN Team Member. They would simply cancel their VIP Smart Ship, purchase the $39 Team Member Kit, then select an enrollment option.
